Full Job Description
- Receive, inspect, and store meat upon delivery
- Cut, wash and debone meat/fish
- Weigh, wrap, and display meat or fish products
- Cut or prepare meats/fish to specification or customers’ orders
- Store meats/fish in refrigerators or freezers at the required temperature
- Clean equipment and work areas to maintain health and sanitation standards
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish is required.
